The Privolzhsky Day of the Field 2015 in the Nizhni Novgorod Region

July 7-8, 2015 – Industrial Innovations Limited took part in the Day of the Field of
the Privolzhsky Federal District held in the village Tatinetz, Kstovskiy district of the
Nizhni Novgorod region.

Workshops and consultations were arranged within the event covering various issues and subjects of crop farming and livestock breeding. Latest achievements of technology and equipment, fertilizes and plant protection products were demonstrated on the site of over 30 000 sq. m.



Various breeds of cattle, horses, sheep, poultry, rabbits and fish were demonstrated at the event. Trial inoculated sections of promising varieties of rape, corn and other cereal crops were presented, with complex state-of-the-art system of plant protection applied for each variety.


Agricultural experts were able to evaluate the impact of various types of fertilizes on yields. 30 regional best farm machinery operators demonstrated their skills and competed for the title of the best ploughman. Over 5 000 people visited the event just on the first day.



According to Alexander Tkachyov, Minister of Agriculture of Russia, the Privolzhsky Day of the Field is a good platform to transfer best practices and skills from one region to another, communicate with colleagues and scientists, and explore new technologies and agricultural machinery.
